1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrinityBits' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service are governed by Malaysian law.

2. Services Description

TrinityBits provides digital development services including:

• • AI integration and automation
• • Hardware integration solutions
• • Consulting and technical advisory services

3. Project Engagement

3.1 Project Scope

All projects begin with a detailed scope of work document that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to the scope require written agreement from both parties.

3.2 Payment Terms

• • 50% deposit required before project commencement
• • Remaining balance due upon project completion
• • Late payments may incur additional charges
• • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the custom code and designs created specifically for their project, excluding any third-party components or our proprietary frameworks.

4.2 TrinityBits Ownership

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the project.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. This obligation continues indefinitely beyond the termination of our services.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We provide a 90-day warranty on all deliverables for defects in workmanship.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date, and all project materials will be delivered to the client.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
